  • Leaving kids out on purpose
  • Physically hurting someone

• Kids who are bullied often feel:

  • Like they are different
  • Like they are powerless
  • Like they are unpopular
  • Like they are alone
  • Like they can’t stand up for themselves
  • Sad
  • Nervous
  • Sick
  • Like they can’t tell anyone
  • They may have problems at school
  • Like bullying other people because they think the bully is cool and popular

• What can I do to help prevent and stop bullying?

  • Don’t bully.
  • Think before speaking.
  • If you feel like saying something mean to someone, stay away for a while.
  • Talk to an adult and tell them what you saw.
  • If you are bullied, tell an adult.

Everyone has the same feelings, just different personalities.
